Promote a healthy, addiction-free life through sport and peer example.

Stand with women runners and neighbours for safer streets and public spaces.

Invite the town to run, volunteer, and cheer. Minimum ages: 5 (3 KM), 12 (6 KM), and 16 (10 KM).
